房间冰箱坏了，入住以后来修的。浴缸里还有前面客人留下的毛发，让人来打扫，就接了盆水冲了一下，根本不敢用。半夜三更我都睡着了前台打电话来说隔壁房间投诉说我说话声音太大了，完全没有住宿质量可言！
