车抵酒店，门童甩甩手，去停地下车库。我们说了有88岁高龄老人，门童说，地下车库有直达电梯。下了地下车库，走到电梯口，居然上电梯还有半层楼梯要走，无奈只能开车出车库，再回酒店门口，坚决要求从正门进入。
早晨自助餐，刚坐下，点了咖啡，吃了头盆，转身再去那点什么，所有餐具都被搜走。
连住三天，还是行政楼，免费提供的洗漱用品，你该天天配齐吧，第二天连沐浴露都不放，一双拖鞋连穿三天，都发黏了。节约也该我自己来呀。
退房，也不排个队，国民素质差，酒店不能用个隔离护栏？
当然值得赞扬的是行政酒廊的服务员，挺好。

2018年新开的酒店 很喜欢门口那个闪亮的R 炫目又时尚 房间各项设施都很现代化 有自动窗帘和很多USB接口
晚上在酒吧坐了会 驻唱歌手11点收工 酒吧营业到12点 点了长岛冰茶68加服务费 可以接受 唯一觉得奇怪的是酒店的前台是我见过最小的 当然早餐和服务方面还是不错的

設計不錯的一家酒店，硬件考究，服務也非常給力，單就酒店而言足以抗衡錢江新城柏悅酒店和釣魚臺，只可惜沒有長在杭州城區。但才999元就附贈双晩自助晚餐＋双早，也算是吐血價了。
