从07年开始，每年去杭州都住这家，位置太有优势了，交通也方便。下午1点多到了，提前办入住，前台小哥帅气又热情。就是等房间收拾好等了一会儿，可以理解，是我自己早到了。房间应该是重新装修过了吧，跟以前住的时候不一样了。很干净。一如继往的满意

仁和饭店位置，服务，卫生确实非常出色。我这次是第二次入住，第一次是7年前感觉在西湖边上非常方便。服务非常热情，特别要非常感谢服务员李敏因为退房太匆忙把常吃的药忘记在冰箱里他及时联系我并及时快递到我所到的城市得以使病情稳定。再次感谢🙏！在到杭州还住仁和饭店。

酒店很棒，地理位置超赞，旁边就是西湖，出门就是银泰，吃饭购物，游览超级方便！订的连通房，房间设施很全，还配备小茶具，从虎跑接的水回来就泡了茶，茶叶种类也很丰富，房间有直饮水，很方便！马桶收到了老妈好评！酒店服务很好，很热情！床对我来说很舒服，下次来肯定还选它！唯一的缺点就是房间空调声音略大，早餐较简单，除了没有浴缸可以堪比好的四星酒店了！
