不是本人入住，其实也不算一次愉快的入住，预定前台告诉我艺龙优惠幅度大，所以就在艺龙下定了，两间房费直接预付了，结果我朋友入住的时候还要当场交房费，之前预付的算押金，还好是朋友，如果是重要客户，这个损失谁负责，还有预付的押金一礼拜了，还没退回来！
