地理位置相当优越，隔条马路就是西湖，顶楼露台可以看西湖全景。服务员主动上门询问有何需要，送了小朋友牙刷和拖鞋。要冰块时居然拎了一大袋来，吓到我了。嘿嘿！早餐挺丰盛的呀，就是当天没有馄饨。最赞的是12周岁以下（应该是的吧）儿童早餐免费！客房略微有些陈旧，一侧对着居民楼稍显不便。个别房号不大讨喜！没有欢迎水果或酸奶之类的，烧开的水有一股机油味（估计杭州的水都这样，我在新愉园喝的柠檬水也有这味道）。总的来说还不错！
