晚上11点到店，酒店服务前台态度就特别差，做服务行业应该什么标准区对待客人心里没数？酒店经理心可真大，什么阿猫阿狗都可以来做前台，重头到位前台的态度好像我欠他好几百万一样，貌似自己在这种酒店上班，就觉得飘了不把任何人放在眼里，记住你只是一个前台，应该做好自己份内的事，高高在上只会给你自己带来损失。br建议:酒店经理更换前台或者统一培训，下次不希望看到这样的现象。br我将向你们公司领导反应此现象！
