酒店位置闹中取静，就在西湖区中心位置，学院路上。本来以为会有点吵，房间里意外的安静。房间也很干净卫生，出行方便。门口有家超市，她家冰淇淋超好吃哈哈哈

出差常住地，房间干净整洁，床品舒适，早餐丰富，新增设的24小时健身房很棒！还有免费洗衣房可以使用，酒店大堂的锦鲤游得很欢快，院子里的樱花很美

酒店挺好的，前台服务人员服务热情，办入住快，离西湖景区近，适合景点旅游，大厅还有免费茶水咖啡供应，非常棒，房间干净舒适，床上用品柔软，非常好。

独门独院环境不错，停车也比较方便，设施设备陈旧了，！会议挺多的，应该是系统内宾馆服务有待加强 前台餐厅都带搭不理，早餐一般般，门口的外部餐厅还是不错的。

挺好的，房间的两个单人床可以并在一起，早餐34一位，品类还是挺多的，服务也不错，挺人性化，虽然不是太新的酒店，但是设施还是很好的

周围在造地铁，但酒店窝在里面还挺安静的。订的房间没了，前台给升了房间，还挺不错的。小冰箱里的饮料都是免费的，晚上还有甜汤。旁边还有个万科中心，吃饭还是挺方便的。
