酒店不错，第一位置好，去西湖景区最多5分钟，第二前台服务好，保洁也不错，第三设施齐全，总体很好，房间是有点小，但麻雀虽小，五脏俱全！适合出游住宿！

和妈妈来杭州旅行，一进房间，感觉很干净，整洁，很喜欢，原定住两天的，又续订了两天，下次来杭州，还会来住，照片就不上传吧。

环境还不错房间有点小，酒店边上有很多酒吧，晚上去转转蛮好的，隔壁的豆花不错，饭店的菜很难吃还贵，如果喜欢吃海鲜的朋友，建议去近江海鲜城很好吃的。

房间很好 也很安静 离西湖不是很远 酒店周围有饭馆 出行方便 唯一就是无线网络容易断 总体来说还不错

酒店很方便就在西湖边上，早晨可以过道到西湖看看，景色很美，距离雷锋塔不是很远，可以先到湖边走走拍拍照，坐坐电动的小船每小时40元，然后到雷锋塔，下来转到花港观鱼，楼下的饭店有点贵还不怎么好吃

第一晚住在靠街区的房间，没拍照，很吵，清早5点就被吵醒，睡眠浅的朋友千万注意；第二天换到另一侧，这个简直了，住在二楼，窗户的锁居然是坏的！毛巾都一个样：脏！如家已经是这个环境了，没啥说的了…好歹景区的酒店，价格那么贵还这么差的环境真是醉了！好好改善，以后无法选了
