地理位置优越就在西湖边，酒店装修老上海的风格，门口站着一位穿着长衫、带着礼帽的接待，让来自上海的我们特别亲切，进入大堂内餐厅、咖啡吧直接可以看到西湖，酒店总高6楼，大床房在另一幢楼，双床房干净、整洁、偶尔的角度可以看到西湖，西湖边走走、看看非常方便，而晚上睡觉又很安静舒适，非常不错，值得推荐。不管是接待还是门口停车，服务态度都非常好。下次还会选择这里

新新飯店民国范独樹一格，工作人員具備相当的職業素質，无论是礼儀或是著裝，都比較好地體現了含蓄、優雅氣質。房間洗漱用具都是中高檔次的科勒，同時貼心俻有剪刀針線訂書針等，特別要提的是中草葯枕頭，好眠利器。唯一的遺憾是洗漱用品是佰草集，不配酒店形象。

酒店很好，餐厅也棒。只是艺龙的服务极其糟糕，订单搞的很复杂还出问题。艺龙的售后服务一样糟糕。
