在杭州文华景澜大酒店住了两个晚上，酒店房间干净卫生，早餐种类丰富；尤其是前台服务人员服务特别热情好客，赞。

定的是不含早餐的房间，后来感觉早餐还是在酒店吃更方便，35一位早上直接去餐厅就行，种类很多味道也很不错，超出预期很值。
每天晚上回来都会有这种暖心的小纸条，还有饮料或者牛奶，加上墙上漂亮图案，小孩子也喜欢的不得了。
我住的是21层，打开窗户市区景色一览无遗，以后去杭州还会选择这里。

地理位置：离西湖三公里左右，步行或者骑行去西湖都是很方便的，酒店周边小店业很多，买东西方
便，但这也带来一个问题，比较吵。
环境：房间大且干净，卫生间稍有异味，需要打开排风扇，房间内的用品非常的贴心 保险箱、晾衣架、冰箱、熨斗、针线、剪刀等等，比较适合商务人士。
唯一不太满意的就是床头没有插座，不太方便。
