成功避开5.1的高峰时段，节前来光顾，房间给安排在贵宾楼，超级安静，每天被小鸟叫醒，杭州这个时间也不冷不热，刚刚好。在酒店报了周边一日游，很不错。第一次跟团游不一样的体验。酒店餐厅性价比也超高，前台还赠送了满200抵50的餐厅优惠券。酒店步行10不到区域就有公交车站，可以去动物园，苏堤，雷峰塔。去市区也就4.5站路。非常好的地理位置。前台也可以帮忙叫出租车，不过我都是自己微信里叫很方便。酒店前台很服务热情，首晚入住还送了水果。

和家人一起到杭州旅游，在网上选择这家酒店，山清水秀，鸟语花香，景色非常美，离雷峰塔很近，打车前台还帮我们叫车，入住非常满意，酒店餐厅也不错，可以点餐，下次还会带朋友过来玩

地理位置很好，离景点很近。就是限行，不方便。事先需要打电话和酒店确认下。酒店客服很好先帮我免费升级了房间，还送了水果。行政房，里面有隔板，半夜差点被绊倒，我爸爸被绊倒，撞到膝盖。我老公是半夜上厕所，一脚踩空。还好奶奶没住在这房型。希望房间这点能改下。

酒店地理位置离西湖很近，旁边就是丝绸博物馆，特别提下，酒店的菜味道很棒比我们在外面餐厅吃的还要好，就是到了晚上十来点总是有人在练歌，酒店估计在八九十年代绝对都是领导人住的，现在设施看起来有点老派的感觉。位置在西湖景区吧，600多一晚
