酒店的服务很周到，细心，前台服务很热情，特别是工号1001的那位小姐姐，5号那天下雨，我带孩子出行不便，主动帮我协调了一把雨伞，入住时还帮我安排了一间有秋千的房间，瞬间泪涌，深感温暖，强烈感谢??????。酒店位置很便利，离西湖很近，出行方便，设备设施都很新，配有大浴缸，泡澡解除一天的疲惫，就是淋浴高峰时段会有不稳定，杭州之行，感恩遇见。

和朋友都觉得早餐不是很丰盛，但是这样的价位也合理。毕竟在杭州地区，地理位置的话，距离大运河快车16块钱左右，距离西湖可能有点远。周边也比较方便，去杭州东站25分钟左右。房间设施比较现代，智能卧室设施，但是感觉床头柜不太干净，打扫不到位，卫生间抽水马桶应该要重新弄一下，个人觉得那样的设计有点尴尬。缺少一盒抽纸，放在卧室，方便使用。装修还蛮好看的，就是细节上的设施不够到位。
