酒店地理位置很好，离西湖、河坊街、湖滨步行街都不远，酒店免费停车，入住当天登记车牌号，离店时自动开闸，无需人工操作。服务也很到位，房间挺大，水也很大，拖鞋也不错，每个房间配备了2把雨伞，很贴心！空调效果好，电梯刷卡才能到房间，安全有保障。下次若去杭州继续入住该酒店。

酒店免费给升级到了国际楼，前台接待的男生服务态度非常好，会认真去帮客人解决问题。房间空调几乎没有有噪音，难得的是房间会摆放书籍，小朋友很喜欢。

酒店很不错，很干净，去西湖很方便，坐7路公交车，回来坐188，去河坊街也很方便，坐40公交车，都是两三站就到了，去杭州东站也很方便地铁站步行五分钟就到了，去游玩真的很方便，价格也合适，非常赞，大家可以去体验一下，最后两张图是入住后拍的，有点乱，之前忘拍了，

酒店位置不错，杭州站出来步行十分钟就能到，附近有好多小饭店都很好吃，也有便利店，买东西出行打车都方便，酒店服务也不错，就是酒店时间比较老了，设备什么的略有陈旧，其他的都不错，性价比挺好的。
