主楼家庭房，房间大小凑合，电视机是坏的，马桶坐圈是坏的。第一天早餐是安排在旁边国际楼二楼吃，品种丰富味道不错，当时还觉得蛮惊喜。第二天，被安排到主楼吃早餐，完全是两个概念，没到结束时间，东西已经收的差不多了，菜品味道一塌糊涂，这两种反差实在是太大！这家宾馆胜在地理位置，相对性价比也还可以。

交通比较方便离河坊街不远 房间挺大 早餐非常好 但是 入住第一天 房间的床品根本没换过 枕头和被子有油点 床单上还有血点 由于第一天到店太晚第二天有走的早忘记跟前台说了 第三天才换的 虽然每天的其他打扫都很及时 但睡着挺膈应的 放浴袍的壁橱门有问题夹到手了 其他都很好 整体不错 会再选择入住的 客房清洁一定要重视 网上都曝光过此类 就发一下第一天的床品照 其他都不发了

酒店服务是我经历我住店以来最好的，赞成还是很赞哦！客服电话联系很体贴、停车场大爷很热情、前台登记小姐姐很礼貌、服务小哥亲自拎包送至电梯、客房服务也很给力。一切给我留下杭州美好的影响！希望下次来杭州再来体验！
