酒店的服务很差，我提前打电话问过一些问题，就感觉服务员和仇人打电话似的，完全不是对待客户的态度。brbr到了酒店以后，前台人员根本就没有接待，是我们自己出动问了好多次，服务员全程无表情，这种价格又不是快捷酒店，服务连快捷酒店的一半都没有？brbr给亲戚订订的房间，房间实在不大，就感觉放了张床。据他们说，早餐也没几种，还标价58元一个人。brbr送的电影票只有一张，一天有效时间，明明是两个人入住，这就是变相营销吧。brbr以后亲戚再来杭州，这家酒店绝对不会在我的选择范围内了！
