服务员态度太差，而且话语非常难听，一点素质也没有，我们是安排客户入住，搞得我们非常难堪，第一次住到服务这么差的酒店，而且去的时候主楼在装修，乱七八糟，从来没有给过任何一家酒店差评，这次必须给差评，确实太差

酒店前台服务很好，免费升级3号楼，卫生也很好，就是餐厅经理特别差劲，因大厅很黑暗，想找一个明亮的地方用餐，餐厅经理以有最低消费拒绝，我们也因酒店规矩作罢，可出门被经理背后冷嘲，此经理素质有待提高

酒店很有文化，好像都是什么书画艺术院。边上有个古镇。br就是早餐不太好。还有就是床头没插头！！住着还是很舒服的。
