我订了两个房型，一个是大床房，一个是标间，标间比大床房大，但是大床房外面景色好，大床房大床1.8米，两个人足足有余，标间是两张1.2米的床，三口之家足够。

就在超山风景区内，很好找。酒店风景很好，外面还有小桥流水。内部装潢古色古香，二楼有个饭店，可以点餐吃。美中不足是没有冰箱，夏天我们带了很多饮料，想冰一冰都没有地方。住宿免费赠送超山门票，早上八点以前不要票，晚上四点半以后不要票。我们来的时候偶遇亲子跑，也是个风景，就是天气太热啦。

中邦养生酒店，卫生做得不错，超山景区内，有文化内涵，四星正牌，养生休闲度假很好；闲暇去了塘栖古镇了解余杭塘栖大运河文化，还会再来的。
