不想说什么，前台态度一副黑脸，第一次艺龙预付房费酒店结账提前交的押金四百再扣我一次房费不说明就把钱扣了什么也不说不理我们了什么态度嘛。门店上门住比网上贵，我说艺龙订的前台刚开始说没房不让住晕的，那种破地方隔壁直接说退钱不住了，越是小的地方越乱，来凤凰第二天直接去景区里面住客栈了干干净净的多好。

很好的酒店有免费的停车场，不过停车位比较紧张要早点去，离古城不远走路几分钟就到了，比较方便。

酒店整体感觉好，可免费停车，交通便利，距离虹桥步行也就15分钟；房间大小合适，基本设施齐备，卫生状况也还行，就是卫浴器具陈旧一些。总之，整体感觉不错，性价比高。
