酒店房间不算大，但还算干净，服务不错，在凤凰这个地方算是不错的，而且有停车场，比较方便。

说不上特别好，但在凤凰算可以的了，空调不另外收费。但付费不能刷卡，不太方便。

价格贵，热水不能保证，网线也没有，唯一优点是免费停车，但其他停车场收费也不是很高。

房间超小。卫生间是蹲坑儿 而且味道很不好。床单和被单不太干净，大床中间还凹进去了。我住的四楼 没有电梯，行李很重是自己拎上去的。

酒店很不错。。值得推荐。只是感觉房间很小，可能是在湘西的缘故吧。不过前台服务态度很不好。
