整体不错，大厅人员态度好形象好，还免费开通了行政酒廊。但就五星来讲细节还差点，停车登记信息传达不及时，换的毛巾竟然给换没了等等。

打电话问的时候呢 说酒店有客房是有音响的 然后入住了和我说只有套房有音响问我要不要升房 去你大爷的吧 然后离店半天了跟我说床套和枕套有污染 需要从预售里扣两百清洗费 6666
