酒店设施没的说，服务态度比设施要更好，那天晚上值班的两位前台服务人员简直太到位了，如果不是他们服务的很周到，有可能这就是一条差评了，非常感谢他们

带孩子一起去的，酒店环境非常好，服务好，卫生也不错，因为我只住五星酒店，所以感觉这家酒店在当地还是不错的，比其他五星好太多了，前台美女王佳态度特别好，帮我房间升级，延迟退房做了不少服务，21楼酒吧的美女也特别热情，给孩子拿了好多吃的，带孩子出门真的很累，有好的服务员帮一下心里暖暖的，以后去呼市，还住这家酒店。
