酒店的设施和服务都很好，虽然是三星级酒店，但服务态度和水平比一些四星级酒店都好。
如果说有点遗憾的话，就是感觉枕巾不太干净，最起码感觉是上一拨客人走后没换过，给人的初次良好的印象打了些折扣。但是总体综合感觉是一家很不错的酒店。

就是荆门比较好的酒店了，不过我住的时候一楼在装修，好像没有什么影响的，旁边有条路，都是餐馆，晚上都是学生，很热闹，早餐一般，热干面没有水准，东西也不多，不过还好吧，去荆门出差还会在住的，
