可以容忍的：酒店设施比较陈旧，没有免费赠饮，豪华房都没有免费水果 不能容忍的：服务态度极差，不管是入住还是退房，前台服务员只是低头说话，连头都没有抬正眼看下客人，表情僵硬，没有微笑,其它服务员也是看到客人都不打招呼，真是对这里的服务很无语

荆门国际大酒店离火车站很近，交通便利，地处较繁华的商业区，闹中取静，适宜商务和旅游住宿 拥有中餐厅、多功能宴会厅、西餐厅；多功能会务中心可接待300人以下的会议，设有夜总会、提供桑拿服务；前台和房间接待、服务人员热情、细致、周到 豪华间无睡衣，房间内没有放置市区地图供客人参考；房间的地毯因脏而显得陈旧，房间两眼插头少 早餐比较丰盛 整体还感觉不错，较舒适！推荐外出的朋友入住该酒店！
