酒店设施，地理位置，卫生条件都挺不错的，只是对这个服务有点不满意，我是一个人出差住这里，晚上在外订了晚餐送房间，由于上电梯要刷卡，外卖送不上来，前台(女)不让送，这点不人性化，之所以买外卖就是不想出去，而且外卖上有我的房间号和电话，前台也不主动联系我，后来我自己去前台取，问她还爱理不理的，我住在这里心里就不舒服，没亨受到热情的服务，希望我提出来，你们有待更人性化的改善
