从入住到离店前台没有一个笑脸，住的1721房洗手池会漏水，洗个脸下水道会溅腿上和脚上，淋浴的莲蓬头出水特别小，只有中间一圈莲蓬头出水，衣服弄脏了让老公带回去，早上六点多老公把衣服放在前台我八点多打电话麻烦前台送上来都不肯，接着我的电话在给别的客人退房，我问了好几句是否在听我说话才理我，还是妈妈九点多下去帮我拿的衣服，房间小卡片特别多给人感觉很low，不会再入住了。
