优点：房间隔音不错，有电磁炉冰箱等，阳台很大可以晾晒衣服，热水空调都给力，服务还算不错。附近挨着红树林，餐饮种类还算比较丰富，所以吃饭不成问题，价格有贵也有便宜的。离海近，
缺点：设施有点老久，冰箱马桶都是坏的，马桶还是老公修好的。床稍微有些潮，但是没味道，

非常好的位置，下楼走2分钟就是海滩。而且旁边有红树林世界的美食城，走路也是3分钟，各种小吃，面条，牛排等，满足吃好不贵的要求。走路7分钟就是“青西快线”的车站，4块钱可以坐公交车到青岛火车站。太方便了!躺在宽敞的海景房里，每天早晨看着太阳从海平面上升起。晚上看着大海波浪拍打着沙滩入睡。特别称赞来打扫卫生的大姐，热情又勤快，我们一家三口住大床房有点挤，她还给我们多发一套被单和被子，铺在沙发上，这样就铺设成了一个小床。空调给力，洗衣机是滚筒的，洗的很干净。阳台超级大，除了晒衣服方便，还有两个大沙发椅，可以坐着看书，远眺海景。下次来一定还住这里。
