电视机是摆设，不能用，还停电，没有客房服务，没人换洗浴用品，牙膏等，厕纸都没有，服务烂，提出需求还说物业问题，超级烂的住宿

先说接待，堵在了高速上，给前台打电话，一女性服务员接的，我麻烦她帮我多留一会房间，结果人家说在忙，如果能记住的话就给我回电话，然后一直没有回电话，让人心里不舒服。再说房间，卫生间洗脸盆几乎不下水，去年的时候住的6号楼，也是这个情况。还有就是没有晾衣服的地方。其他都还好。
