前台办理续住，讲了加早餐，什么手续也没有，第二天早上餐厅说不含早餐，让我去前台解决，最后两个部门自己折腾搞定。另外，办理完续住，中午前台又打电话问我是不是退房😢。服务不是讲话客气就是服务好，而是程序和流程上严谨，不要因为自己内部的原因给客人带来不愉快的体验
