几个问题：1.周边环境差，晚上过去找了好久才找到，出租车司机都不知道这家酒店，最近的地铁也很远，出行不便。2.房间小有烟味难以忍受还不给我换房，晚上在床上发现有蟑螂。3.服务态度恶劣，办入住时一个姓李的服务员前期对我不理不睬后面直接就骂骂咧咧，两边都只顾打游戏聊天，发现房间不满意要求调换直接拒绝，想一秒的时间都没有，对这种价格这种服务态度住快捷酒店都比住这个强。4.这种酒店评分这么高肯定有问题。
