位置靠近码头附近，出行很方便，订购的是大别墅里的一层，4个房间，可以住8个人，房东打扫得也很干净，1楼还有卡拉OK，呵呵。

环境不错，但是不是什么酒店，简单的说比民宿大一些的别墅，可是我我妈妈住的房间真心小的我不要不要的，和老板了解了下，他说由于刚装修。房间里没有电视设备，和烧水壶设备等，以后每个房间要配IPAND，可能我和妈妈去鼓浪屿的时间真的不是时候吧，因为到处到处都是在装修

私人别墅酒店，老板热情态度好。地理位置超级好，三丘田码头出来十步就到别墅大门，到酒店也就50米，东西一放就可以环岛游了，很好，推荐。
