总体而言还是很满意的，前台服务很到位，房间挺小但干净。距离码头很近，方便。适合老人及孩子。二楼共用卫生间，有时不方便。

首先说明，这家不是酒店，算是别墅型民宿。我们人多，要了三间房，二层整个一层差不多都是我们的人了。老板属于放羊型管理，您若期待随叫随到的五星服务，那您可要失望了。但是您把这当自己家一样，那可就太值了。离三丘田码头很近，从阳台可以看到海港夜景。入住客人不多的时候，整栋别墅就像自己家一样，在客厅喝喝茶，聊聊天，挺舒服的。

虽然没有独立的卫生间，但是公共卫生间是二楼三间房公用，人不多，洗澡挺方便。别墅干净，安静，离三丘田码头近，方便。服务挺好。就是没电视机。
