入住办理很不愉快、一开始给的4楼房间无比小、也沒有阳台、开窗就是压着一大面山墙压抑，要不就是一楼房间里都霉了、坚决不给二、三楼的房间，说被订了可我也是一个星期前订的呀。沟通前台态度也不好。幸福的是碰上酒店的负责人看带了老人和孩子五一出行，了解情况后把房间帮我们升了级换到了二楼有阳台大房间，态度也很好。如果不是酒店负责任人好会果断给差评，要不就前台服务员那态度冷冰冰爱住不住的样子以后打死也不会再来的。
