严重差评，八点十分去酒店餐厅吃早饭，过去基本什么都没，问她为什么没粥，跟我说在加，一直到八点四十才等到，结果刚吃第一口，粥的口感就不对，用的是前一天剩饭做的，水和米饭是分离的！还有她们口中说的豆奶，都不知道添加了多少水！能不能不要这样欺骗消费者，我们也不是傻子，活了那么多年还能不知道什么东西什么味道吗？再说一下酒店房间，勉强能住，进去床上的被子弄的不整齐，地毯更是脏的不行，卫生间的地板脏！当时勾选的五星级酒店才选的这家，真的，各方面都配不上，想住的人看清楚！

和父母带小孩一起来的，开了2间房间，酒店不错哦，环境设施都蛮好，安排了两个在靠里的房间挨着，安静。中途发现自己房间空调不制冷，酒店马上通知了师傅来维修，吃饭回来已经ok了，电蚊香也有了，听我爸妈说，他们卫生间有蚊子，我这还好，一晚上安稳，房间很大，父母那个有大阳台。在餐厅吃的晚餐，有点小贵。总体还是满意的！

一塌糊涂的住宿经历，首先晚上空调不制冷，一夜无眠，其次前台服务极差，好像每个人都欠她钱一样，再者，房间都是一股霉味，墙体和吊顶都发霉了，最令人气愤的是退房的时候竟然诬赖我拿房间里拖鞋，最后我让她去报警，她自知理亏才退押金。如果酒店再不整改，倒闭指日可待了。
