作为政府接待部门旗下的宾馆，酒店的环境自然是非常棒的，位于闹市却非常安静，有花园般的内部专用停车场，自驾停车非常安全方便。房间的设施虽然算不上华丽但足够舒适卫生，价格也很厚道，不愧为短期停留潮州酒店的精明选择。
