前台负责！但艺龙网客服极其不好，居然在酒店前台显示两张订单，一个现付，一个预付。俺没收到现付单子，客服居然也说没有，到人家前台有。有说和携程有合作，结果导致乱套。很不高兴！！！

环境不错。我本人是在海边开客栈的，叫深圳西涌海约客栈。习惯了休闲清静的原始乡村，对这种中规中矩的政府接待宾馆不习惯了呢。这个宾馆有个很大的花园，但是严肃多于欢快。住客还是以中老年人，特别是机关事业单位公干人员为多。早餐很一般，但可以吃饱。前台服务不错。
