潮州的形象，院子舒服，住得舒心，价格不贵
服务挺好，早餐也还不错。
潮州发展不快，算是挺形象的地方了。到其他地方也容易。
潮州确实是一个小小的，慢慢的，休闲一些的地方。

本来想订的是民宿，下手太晚没订到，转到迎宾馆，去的路上也是满满的不情愿。还好走到门口，发现是很正规的酒店，下面就是花园，大厅也还不错，就没这么不高兴了。总体来说还不错，大气，不是民宿可以比的。老公说还行

到了潮州迎宾馆大门口感觉是好的，真的以为是一间干净卫生的宾馆，但是入到房间完全毁灭了我的想象，房间简陋，床单有黄色污渍 洗手间污垢严重，衣柜难开，想手机充电插座很少，隔音很差夜半3点多隔壁的房间与及楼上的噪音扰民，空调噪音太大…………！！！！！！一个晚上我没好睡！世上没有最差，只有更差！！！！！！！

住五樓的506和510房，窗戶對著鍋爐，一天到晚吵個不停，要求換房，卻被告知房間全滿了！鬼才相信呢！服務態度真的無法接受！早餐特別差，人多，食物嚴重短缺！
