酒店很多年了，所以设施跟装修感觉还是比较老派，温泉还挺多个池子的，但是白天很多人。性价比还不错，交通也挺方便。

到店由于房间卫生没搞好，让到大堂吧等。然后赶卫生，服务态度还不错。温泉接待处的服务也很好。早餐虽然品种不多，但够精致。
缺点有待改善，1、订房的时候订了间彩虹湖景大床房。我们2个男的去办理入住，前台也不提醒下，不过后来也给我们换房了，房间的环境真心不好，住的房间那么贵，给我安排了一间三楼，而且阳台外面就是大堂水泥顶的房子，说好的湖景房呢？唉，真心失望！前台服务有待提高！2、房间一进入的时候有异味，开了空调后就没了。设施设备有点旧，房间的隔音差！还好房间的卫生比较干净。3、本来是冲着碧水湾温泉服务而来的，结果温泉除了接待服务好些以外，池区服务有待提高，泡温泉的时候没人给我递水的，泡池水比较浑浊，泡池还漂浮着其他客人用的一次性杯子，泡池边的拖鞋乱七八糟，没服务员懂得整理，完全没有享受过服务。4、酒店没有健身房，除了泡温泉，没有什么值得玩的。5、周边农家菜的环境不好，最后还是选择在酒店吃了，味道还行。6、酒店周边配套还不完善，离市区比较远，想逛下街都挺难的。7、温泉与主楼距离有点远，天冷的时候穿条浴袍过去，差点把我冷死，温泉池周边燈光不好，而且比较单调。
这次体验的确有点失望，总体有待提升
