老牌的五星酒店，虽然重新装修，但是历史的依然在。服务还将就，但是床头手机充电是很大的问题，而酒店并没有充分考虑和准备足够的插线板备用。因五一大假入住，房价算是比较公道的，因带父母，想在同一楼层，酒店很人性化的做了升级，非常感谢。

不错的酒店，尤其是地理位置，地铁口，旁边又有综合体可以吃饭，非常方便。我们是五一出游，到广州的第一天住这里，随后三天去了长隆，最后一天又回来住这里，因为太方便了。

前台看我们带小朋友，给我们升级成行政套房，虽然是老酒店，但环境和服务其实都很好。酒店位置也很好，出门就是地铁，离珠江，大教堂，沙面都很近。

入住的时候帮我办理了升级，环境很好，房间很大，楼下设施齐全，周围餐饮不少，晚上可以在附近转转，离地铁站也很近。
