广州本土长大的人冲着一份情怀来住中国大酒店的。
老牌五星真的老了，房间的家私，浴室的设备很老了。
但最不好的是服务态度。一家外宾五星，居然连插头转换器都没一个。求助前台那位小姐，完全没有想帮助客人的意思，只想把我支走：你自己去旁边便利店试试。
就因为我跟你同声同气讲粤语所以你就可以这么怠慢吗？
商务中心的另一位小姐也是这般态度的，如果我不主动发问，她应该不会停下摆弄手机吧？
这就是今时今日中酒的待客之道吗？

很久没住过这个酒店了，最近因在附近办事再次入住中国大饭店酒店。因16年更新了设施，大堂和空调等其他硬件设施都有更新，配套标准五星。这次定了行政楼层加餐饮，前台小姐非常热心地办理了提前入住，在楼上行政楼早晚餐都非常方便，东西也很好吃，老外入住率也很多，行政酒廊有24小时服务非常贴心。最后因飞机比较晚，还帮忙办理了延迟CHECK OUT ，还让我们在酒廊等候休息，很棒很周到。

酒店服务很差、另外停车很远，很破烂，可狠的是出车的时候，服务员要给你写张停车纸，，然后车开到闸口没有工作人员，然后要等工作人员，工作人员来了、然后还要操作才能出去，等一次感受到这样的酒店
