九龙湖公主酒店坐落于九龙湖社区的美茵河旁。一期共有12栋建筑。共约105套豪华客房。公主酒店地理位置优越，环境幽雅，总占地面积11万平米，建筑面积6万6千平方米，由15栋建筑组成了以欧式风格为主的331间豪华客房。其中小镇上的114套豪华客房于2007年初开始营运，是第16届亚运会指定接待酒店；酒店的城堡式建筑群在2010年9月投入营运，为广州亚运会运动员分村。建筑的一楼为各类生活、娱乐及休闲设施。设有各类专卖店、酒吧、KTV、棋牌、沐足等，二、三楼为客房。整个酒店采用古典主义的建筑风格、装饰曲线柔和、造型亲切。和一楼的设施相得益彰，幽静中不失繁华。就是由于时间久远，整体看起来相对有点旧，服务大体得当，但节假日由于人多，接待能力会跟不上，办理入住服务人员态度会不耐烦。儿童乐园50元/人，对于五星级酒店配套不算贵，胜在恒温游泳池住客免费比较吸引。
