比我想象中好，性价比不错，在停车场的时候以为自己走错，12点才到酒店，太晚大堂就没什么人，房间拿到了，还挺干净的，比我预期值高，就是冷气开了之后有点吵，不开又闷，有个特别郁闷的是凌晨六点多清洁服务员来敲门问我是不是准备提前退房…我凌晨四点才睡着…退房的时候跟前台反映了一下，离开酒店不到10分钟客房经理就电话来诚恳表示歉意，给你们点赞

酒店开了有一定年份，房内设施比较旧了。前台培训一下吧，服务态度差，黑着脸，问话也不回答，一个客人磨了半个小时，问她能不能快点，或再叫一个人帮忙，只是白了我一眼，继续不吭声，目无表情。当时已经是晚上八点多，带着两个小孩，小孩都饿得在闹，知道我有意见，还故意先帮我后面排队的人先办理，也不给一个解释。我在该酒店不是第一次入住，但是如此被对待还是第一次，在国内和国外也是第一次。没礼貌，没素质。希望那位女前台还没被解雇，好好看看别人对她如此形象的评价。

费用明细显示含了早餐的138元，疫情期间不能堂食，可选择的也就是粥、粉、面，早餐就打包了一个汤粉??

Pretty much deserted due to covid-19. Breakfast is included in room rate but restaurant not open. They gave a bowl of noodle soup.
Pool and gym closed as well, not their fault but maybe the hotel should be cheaper since all the amenities are not available.
