服务差，晚上11点回酒店进不了停车场，电话前台，叫我自己到保安亭内找停车卡。下午和晚上停车时都没有人指挥，房间卫生不太好，门上，桌子上都有灰尘，浴巾老旧，窗户全部封死了，打不开，且窗外还有防盗网，如果遇火灾肯定逃不了！总之性价比太差。

我可以负责人告诉你，这是我住过五星级酒店里最垃圾的一个。早晨8点，我们还在睡眠中，一个工作人员没有按门铃，直接刷卡进入房间，问我有没有衣服要洗。入住后一个星期后，酒店打我电话，说我没有支付费用。我很崩溃。都已经在平台支付了，说我没有支付。我可以很负责任的说，我不会，我身边的亲戚朋友不会，还会有更多的人不再会入住你们的酒店。真的太垃圾，不知道这五星级你们是怎么得来的。

酒店太差了，不是一般的差，连床头柜都没有，也没有人打扫卫生，连水也不提供，卫生间小，设施老旧，衣架也不配，最差的！！！
