对文华东方充满了期待，因为上海留下了深刻印象，所以到广州就直接做了预定，到达时已是晚上9点，前台只有一个工作人员为其他顾客办理入住，等了好久，终于出现了第二名工作人员为我们办理，速度不算慢但还是不满意，根本没有带到房间的介绍服务，而且也没有欢迎水果，起码的服务特色在这里被丢失的一干二净。
