  非常好的体验，提前一天有管家联系，专人等候景区门口接送，服务周到热情，早餐精致美味，旁边的足疗spa适合放松身心，对面的私房菜口味一流。下次来乌镇还想选择锦堂！

  整个酒店比照片上更好看 新中式的风格 非常符合乌镇的气息。服务非常好，中餐厅也很棒.唯一遗憾早餐东西少了一点，总之都很好，续住了一晚。虽然就在主要大街上，非常闹中取静。适合悠悠闲闲 慢生活。

  锦堂转到丝馆，这则点评是给丝馆的，全5星好评，酒店很新，从硬件到服务都算是很赞的，酒店和管家很贴心，沟通也很及时，还有餐厅前台态度都很亲切，能帮我们解决的问题都提供了帮助，从来不评价的人这次一定要给丝馆所有的工作人员点赞，在这个清冷的冬日感受到了你们的温暖，真好！

  去乌镇西栅景区住宿的，这家酒店是非常值得推荐的。特别是这个超值套餐，非常丰富！先说说服务特别赞，刚刚做好预订酒店的接待人员就电话沟通了我们的具体行程和时间安排。电话内就告知了一些相关的具体行程注意事项，到了停车场礼宾就开始帮忙找车位。由于赶上戏剧节车位紧张，礼宾员帮我们拿行李协助办理入住。我们选择坐船进入酒店，感觉回到了旧社会，非常有梦里水乡的境界。酒店入口有点小，进入后别有洞天的感觉！房间我们非常喜欢，刚刚到房间就有甜汤送过来。午餐的套餐非常丰富，两个人吃不完关键是搭配合理口味绝佳。下午茶由于茶室有点冷，我们选择送到房间使用！各种小吃和西湖龙井，到第二天退房我们都没有吃完。特别要说明的是套餐中的Spa项目，才是这个套餐的精髓。玩了一天了做个全身精油按摩，简直是不要太舒服！中间发生了一些沟通上的误会，水疗的女经理（邓）非常耐心的帮助我们解决！非常感谢！让我们得到了一次完美难忘的旅行！整体感觉交通有特点，卫生干净无比，环境一流，服务有心，感谢全体服务人员！这次时间仓促，下次有机会肯定多住几天！
