  酒店高大上的，广场超大方便停车。酒店所在位置是嘉善商业中心，吃喝玩乐都方便。开元还是非常不错的，前台和客房服务员都很热情好客。酒店还送了赠品水果。在酒店的餐厅吃饭感觉非常惬意温馨，价格也不贵，服务一流。有点遗憾的是挂五星，没有游泳池。早餐比较丰富的，不过按5星标准需要再提高点。总的来说性价比非常高。

  酒店位置在市中心，开元白金卡房间有有升级，前台和房务中心服务很好。不太满意就是一，作为名都，下午茶实在是简陋了点，二，房间浴缸无法排水，本想泡个澡，只能作罢。下次来嘉善还会考虑入住

  酒店🏨地理位置很好，交通便利，周边有两个大商场，吃饭购物都比较方便，离高铁站也比较近，15分钟就可以，停车场超级大，停车很方便。前台服务态度好，房间很好，干净整洁，性价比很高，推荐指数五颗星🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

  除了泡泡浴没有标识明显要收费，其他都很满意，还有房价也有一顿自助早餐和一份下午茶，性价比很高了。因为没有明显的标识用了泡泡浴，希望这方面以后能给出明显的提示。其余的体验还是不错。

  酒店确实有点老了，但是地段不错，周围商场、饭店很多，而且毕竟是老五星，这个价格相对于服务、环境来说还是性价比很高的。这次一家子来所以订了家庭房，一大间有一大一小两个床，以电视柜做了简单分割，比较宽敞。卫生巾干湿分离，有浴缸，就是浴缸没有冲淋龙头，泡好澡要再到淋浴房洗。房间一边有窗，另一边只有上半部分的天窗，所以采光略有点差，而且那么大的房间没有书桌或者茶几，放东西不方便。早餐品种比较丰盛。
