  酒店离地铁站和客运中心很近，走路十几分钟就就到了，酒店的大堂经理何仲艳服务非常热情周到，让人感到宾至如归。房间面积宽敞，干净卫生，床上用品非常舒适；淋浴花洒出热水非常快，很快就有热水；房间隔音效果很好，晚上很安静。总体上是一次比较愉快的入住体验，值得推荐！

  酒店高有50层，我们的客房在45层，感觉住在了云里视野非常好！服务非常好，前台接待我们的是 芝芝喆沁两位漂亮小姐姐态度非常好，给我们介绍客房设施及服务，还主动告知我们可以免费赠送水果 临退房时还会提供了一份伴手礼

  酒店环境还是不错的，前台陆喆沁态度挺好的，能做到有求必应。我们入住的行政房也比较大比较干净。电梯里的云纹楼梯间的摆件房间的布置不错，早餐种类挺多的，味道也可以吃饭的人素质都挺高很安静舒心的用餐环境，健身房都是免费使用的，基础器材都有。

  和家人入住了这家酒店，之前听朋友们说服务总体都不错，所以我带着很期待的美好心情下单。前台办理入住的小陆小姐姐很专业，服务很好！入住期间在楼层碰到的服务员也会主动打招呼问好，自助餐一周有几天是不开放的 幸运的是 赶在了开放日的时间来的，自助餐的餐食水准还是不错的，价格也合理。房间设施方方面面都很OK的，总体来说 还是满意的！

  酒店位置很好找，很高的楼。礼宾小伙子量码测温，查行程码，一系列的检查结束后来到前台办理入住。碰到了一位很可爱的陆喆沁小姐姐，人美心善，服务态度非常棒，帮我介绍酒店基本的概括，告诉我用餐，健身之类的位置。房间给我升级了，房间很大，视线很好，床铺很舒服。还有赠送的水果跟晚安饮品…早餐丰盛，有很多食物供人选择。在酒店能感受到服务人员的热情，很温暖。
