一直在艺龙网上订宾馆，走遍全国各地都很方便，没想到在昆明西南宾馆碰到如此恶心的事情，买了礼品下了钱，宾馆方面说到第二天就能收到货，这都半年了，一直以总总理由推诿，不知道宾馆还知道诚信二字吧，都是这样对待顾客的吗，大小宾馆住的多了，第一场碰到这样的事，和宾馆领导联系也是推诿，对西南宾馆对昆明的印象差到极点！这就是店大欺客吗？是否涉嫌诈骗？给你们留了足够的时间了，忍无可忍。请入住的各位顾客们三思。

酒店位于昆明市区比较中心的位置，我们游玩云南10多天，来去途经昆明我都是定的这家酒店，体验很好，特别是床可以分大小床，大床目测有1.8米，小床也有1.4左右，睡着很舒服，带孩子更适合，酒店早餐也丰富，只是酒店的早餐制度有待改进，吃饭的时候追着要房卡，可是一间房一张，不同行吃饭就不行，不出示房卡服务员的态度就像是来混吃混喝的，有待改进

酒店很不错啊 虽然住在老旧楼里 可干净卫生 设施齐全 尤其 服务员手写的便条特有感觉 下次昆明 一定西南宾馆
