  我们又来啦，冬季的峨眉山空气清冽，让人头脑更加清明，28日天气真是很寒冷🥶，是泡温泉的好日子，司机准时接站，到达酒店后按要求进行了扫码测体温，疫情期间酒店防疫防控措施坚持执行得很好，让宾客很有安全感，饭后我们散步到附近的同星级酒店逛了逛，发现防疫防控措施就差了好多。大堂客服经理和总台服务员为我们升级了房间，房间设施虽然有些陈旧，但卫生良好，空调效果不错，淋浴水很热非常舒服。客房服务员热情礼貌，有求必应。温泉区的服务员礼貌热情，服务很周到，各个温泉池边都能看到服务人员的身影，让人很安心。客服经理还给我们推介了几个比较好的烧烤店，次日早上去早餐厅，感觉早餐品质比疫情以前稍差了些，品种还是挺多的，到菜品的质量没以前好，疫情期间也可以理解。总体感觉还不错，推荐！

  很不错，经理万莉服务态度很好，我感冒了还给我送了牛奶。酒店虽然稍微旧一些，但是体验感觉还是挺好的
