  这是我在四川见过的服务最好的酒店了，配置很高，温泉也很干净，但是水温一般，可能个人原因吧，我看其他人都泡的挺好的，室内外配置也很丰富，特别适合带小孩儿来玩儿，酒店房间能看到金顶，早上就可以看到有没有云海，再决定出行时间。 🚗 交通：很便利，温泉大道边上，自驾来的，据说好像还可以高铁接送 🧹卫生：很干净，第一次来，有4.5星级的配置 🔔服务：服务可太周到了，服务态度也好，还给配专属管家，赠送夜宵水果等等。 🍃环境：有健身房，儿童游乐场，早餐也很丰富，主要是温泉干净，比西岭花水湾好多了！

  已经是第二次去御泉湾酒店啦！工作人员的服务态度非常好，尤其是沙沙，态度热情，待人接物细致周到！早上醒来，就看到工作人员们在清洁温泉池，舒服干净！孩子们玩得开心快乐，不想走了！

  温泉很好，造浪池小朋友喜欢，若主要玩水，比较推荐这酒店，服务很贴心。管家沙沙服务细致周到，下午茶26号员工服务也很好。除了糕点和外围环境欠佳，其它都不错。

  酒店位置很好找，大路边导航直达，停车方便。 周末与好友一家人出行，选择轻松游。 部分温泉池恰逢维修升级，但开放的池子也足够，淡季人不多。酒店房费含双早及两张温泉票，很划算的。 特别适合家庭出行，小朋友在造浪池不愿意出来。 每一位服务人员都非常敬业，周六晚上有点下小雨，穿着雨衣在一旁服务，连提供的浴巾都是烘热的，特别赞👍 还有台球、乒乓球，机麻室（付费），统统体验一把。晚上点个烧烤，喝个小酒，惬意……下次来也住这一家

  🚗 交通：坐动车到峨眉山站下，我们提前预约了接送服务，酒店开的是奔驰商务车来接我们的，空间很大。开车到酒店只有几分钟，很近。 🍃环境：御泉湾的整体环境挺好的。酒店很大，我们住的是5F，房间内有很大一面落地窗，窗外就能看到远方层峦叠嶂的山峰和楼下的汤池，夜景也很好看。基本大环境一览无遗。晚上休息的时候我们还去了2F的台球室打了台球，玩了游戏机，坐了半个小时的按摩椅。下午茶也喝了的，早餐也很丰盛，我那天特别想吃醪糟粉子，结果早餐就有！我吃了三碗哈哈哈哈哈😄餐厅的阿姨也很热情，主动给我们推荐周围的景点。御泉湾的温泉池有很多种，我们泡了牛奶池、红酒池、姜汁池和普通池。还做了盐浴、鱼疗和一个躺上去很热的东西（也许可以叫它炕？） 🧹卫生：卫生也做得很好，我们入住第二天去爬峨眉山了，下午回来发现清洁人员已经帮我们整理好了床铺，而且给我们换上了新的洗漱用品和矿泉水，很细心。汤池里的水每天都是换新的，早上7点起来就看到池子已经放干了，下午又是新的汤泉，赞赞赞。 🔔服务：接送我们的司机小哥都挺好的，会提前给我们发消息说定位，很细心。酒店的前台小姐姐-小燕子也很温柔，很细心地帮我们安排了景色很好的房间，我们退房的时候，我不小心爬山弄丢了一张房卡，也很快速地帮我们处理好了👍而且回复消息也很快～
