  本来计划三亚休假但是因为疫情无法去，只好来峨眉山泡温泉。没想到这次体验非常不错，刚到酒店小雯姐姐告知上午电话联系我没有接通，但是已经提前把温泉放好了到酒店就可以直接泡，下午茶也很不错，晚上出去吃完饭回来发现也给我们准备了牛奶，真的非常贴心，早饭非常丰盛也是直接送到房间～反正是一次非常舒适的休假，感谢小雯姐姐的贴心服务～

  神仙宝藏酒店！ 环境清幽，临近峨秀湖，吃早餐的时候可以看见清澈的湖水。 该酒店提供接站服务，工作人员很早就等在那里了，点赞！ 前台服务很好，积极落实防疫政策，充分保证客人安全。 管家小雯人很好，对我和闺蜜有求必应，受伤了第一时间送来一次性碘酒棉签和云南白药，很贴心 细节到位，还配有针线套装，晚安牛奶，欢迎水果很新鲜，点心更是一绝。 早餐丰富，可以一边赏美景一边用餐，很惬意。 私人温泉是24小时的，干净，舒服，让人心旷神怡。 大堂很有设计感，公共汤池都非常的干净。 下次来还愿会依然选择这里的

  本次入住非常意外，先说说第一印象吧，刚进酒店本来不是很开心，户外的泳池和温泉池都没开放，来之前打过电话的，说解封了会开，来了问大堂工作人员也告知第二天会开，结果第二天下去，也没开还在清洗……在大堂等了很久，终于等到温泉放水，可是到离店都没开泳池，有点小遗憾。还有晚上半夜1点了不知道哪个房间的住客在划拳……虽然不能怪酒店哈，还是有点影响到我们的心情。但是酒店服务人员的响应速度和服务态度非常专业，管家小雯从一开始的接待到后来一直给我们解决各种疑问，处理各种要求的专业性，让我们感觉非常温馨，所以一定要给小雯点个赞，以后还会经常来，为这家的服务而来。

  本来只订了一晚的，体验后感觉很舒服就立马再订了一晚，三人入住的超级大床房，三米宽，这个房间是靠园景的，住了两晚还是觉得湖景这边更加舒适安静，当然第二天依然是小雯姐姐服务的，依然热情贴心❤️，告知不喜欢银耳汤放糖，就马上换成了热牛奶，非常灵活，退房也以客人为主，不催促，非常好！

  嘻嘻体验很不错，酒店服务非常好，特别感谢小雯小姐姐，提前电话询问我们几点到店，考虑到天气偏冷，在我们到店之前就帮我们打开了空调，管家式服务非常贴心，送下午茶也会询问几点合适，提出的任何需求都及时解决，酒店的所有工作人员服务意识都很强，都是以顾客至上，非常热情。另外酒店的餐食味道都还不错，特别是跷脚牛肉汤锅很好吃，分量也足，两人份的其实三四个人吃都完全够了。价格也合适。
